Recipe Videos

In this video we are using cooked pork tenderloin, other cooked protein, such as chicken, shrimp or beef could be used as well. This video uses a sauce from an earlier pork tenderloin dinner video. The sauce is composed of soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, cumin and chili powder. The sauce gets water added to taste, and is slightly thickened with the addition of corn starch. Typically I might use more vegetables, but in this video I used what was in the fridge. This is a good way to use leftovers. Thank you for your interest.
Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry
Shrimp, Scallops, garlic, EVOO, butter, a little white wine, lemon juice, angel hair pasta and you're about there. Doesn't take a lot of time or ingredients and still makes a respectable dinner.
Pretty Quick Seafood Pasta
This recipe brings out the best in Tofu by pressing and hot sauteing. Included as well is a vegetable accompaniment and rice. Enjoy !!
Crispy AsianTofu Dinner
Although there are quite a few ingredients in this recipe it is not difficult. This is a classic dish from India. About 25 percent of India's population are vegetarian, or close to 600 million people. Enjoy this cooking video and give the recipe a try.
Lentil Dahl, a vegetarian recipe from India.
This chocolate pate is baked in the oven and has a slight hint of coffee. It's awesome !! I have some in my fridge and I'm going to go and get a piece
Chocolate Pate, what else do you need to know
This Pork Tenderloin in a bit of a classic. The recipe has a slight Asian base and I have been doing versions of this for 25 years or so. A sauce is made with part of the marinade which I have been doing with a few Asian recipes with some success, usually adding a bit of water when turning marinade into a sauce. I like both Jasmine and Basmati rice with this recipe. Hope you like it, thanks
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with vegetable and rice
The Chicken Tikka Masala recipe requires a few not so common ingredients. Garam Masala and Cardamom Pods are the two you may not have but should acquire before doing this great Indian/British recipe.
Chicken Tikka Masala, a favorite at my house !!
This pasta recipe has us cutting up the cauliflower into small bite size pieces and frying in hot oil to give us good texture and flavor. Shitake as well as domestic mushrooms round out the dish. Southern Italy recipes, of course, typically include a bit of tomato and that works well in this vegetarian dish. Check it out for yourself.
Sicilian Cauliflower and Mushroom Pasta.
This Chicken Enchilada cooking video uses most of the normal ingredients. We cook the Enchiladas with a white sour cream enhanced sauce and include the addition of a serious amount of acidity to the chicken which compliments the dish tremendously. Try it and see for yourself !!
